Love is in the Air in Downtown Naples this February

  • January 26, 2023

It’s the month of love! Dedicate this month to expressing love and care to your loved ones. Spend a night of romantic dinner with your sweetheart or go on a family trip on the weekend. Naples has much to offer to warm your hearts and bring you closer to the people who matter most this February.

Come listen and dance to the tunes of Naples Big Band with their Jazz Tribute to Love on Saturday, February 4, 2023. They will be performing a specially crafted setlist with your favorite love songs to make the month of love even more romantic. The show will start at 7:00 PM at The Norris Center. Tickets for the concert are $25 per person and a portion of the proceeds will be used to support the Norris Center and the Parks and Recreation Department of Collier County.

Witness the love story and road to success of one of Hollywood’s most famous couples, Gloria and Emilio Estefan with the hit musical ‘On Your Feet!’. This exhilarating Broadway production is coming to Artis-Naples from Tuesday, February 7 to Sunday, February 12. On Your Feet! features some of the most iconic songs of the past quarter century, including Rhythm Is Gonna Get You, Conga, Get on Your Feet, Don’t Want to Lose You Now, 1-2-3, and Coming Out of the Dark. You would not want to miss this inspiring story between two people who believed in their own talent and each other.

Experience the world of Ikebana or the Japanese art of flower arrangements at the Annual Ikebana Exhibition at Naples Botanical Garden from Friday, February 10 to Sunday, February 12, 2023. View Ikebana arrangements, attend demonstrations, participate in hands-on activities for the kids, and stock up at the Ginza-style marketplace to start your own arrangements. This event is perfect for an aesthetically pleasing and relaxing time with your loved ones.

Renew your wedding vows or tie the knot this February 14, 2023 with the 3rd Annual Valentine’s Day Wedding and Vow Renewal Ceremony hosted by Collier County Clerk Crystal K. Kinzel. Engaged couples that have secured their valid marriage licenses and old couples who wish to renew their prior commitments are invited to sign-up for this joyous event. The ceremony will be held at the 21 Spices Restaurant with light hors d’oeuvres provided by Chef Asif Syed. Cakes, photographers, and certificates will also be available at the event.

The Collier County Museum will also be opening its doors to take the community on a stroll through its history of local sweethearts on Valentine’s Day from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM. Curator of Education, Elaina Gyure, will be discussing the famous couples who have called Collier County their home. People interested in the history of our paradise coast and who deeply love hearing stories will surely appreciate this presentation.
