Do the rooms have hairdryers?

Each and every one of our rooms comes with an impressive list of room amenities, including a hairdryer, clock radio, complimentary toiletries, complimentary coffee with a coffee maker, a mini-fridge and a microwave. More information about our rooms is available here.

Is your hotel pet-friendly?

For the comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow pets in our hotel, with the exception of ADA-certified service dogs.

When is check-in and check-out?

You may check into your room any time after 3 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. Unfortunately, we do not offer late check-out at this time.

What is your child policy?

Children 10 and under stay free.

How far is the beach?

The Naples Park Central Hotel is less than 10 blocks from the nearest beach - just head straight down Central Avenue until you hit the sand! The Naples Pier is lovely half hour’s walk from our hotel, or about 10 minutes by bike.

What dining options are available around the hotel?

Restaurants, coffee shops and cafés abound here in Naples, and our hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to two of Naples’ best outdoor shopping and entertainment districts featuring great cuisine: 5th Avenue South and 3rd Street South For a morning coffee or afternoon frappe, head to Starbucks Coffee, just a few steps away from the hotel.

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our hotel grounds are wheelchair accessible, as well as many of our rooms. Please call ahead to book these rooms.

Do you have recycling onsite?

Yes, we recycle all paper and cardboard products, as well as cans, bottles and plastic.

What are your booking policies for third-party reservation companies?

Any changes to a third-party booking must be made with the third party company/website you booked with (ex. Priceline, Expedia, Booking.com, etc). We match any of our online prices in the office, so please feel free to call us directly to price-match your rate before booking on a third-party website. Our cancellation policy requires 7 days hour notice during the high season (Dec. 21 to April 15) and 48-hour notice in the off-season (April 16 to Dec. 20).

What are the office hours?

Our office hours are 7:00 am to 11:00 pm everyday.

Do you allow smoking?

Our rooms are non-smoking, however, smoking is permitted outside of the rooms in designated areas.
